Exhaust Valve Control

Igor, from Discharged is building an awesome low budget bobber, based on a XS650. We often talk about ideas and one of those ideas is that he wants to build in an Exhaust Control Valve in the open exhaust pipes. The mechanism is simple...
This is easy to make yourself to keep it low budget, such a device will cost you around $150,00 at racinglab.com! A choke lever will do, but on a bobber with already some brass elements, I thought I'd try to make him a custom Brass lever.

It' not quite finished, it still needs some work. And this is also made from the end cap of a morter grenade shell, one from 1935. A black knob also suits it.....

It looks awesome man!
I've just one thing left to do: finishing the exhaust.
